Defects are always monitored and classified on the basis of a severity and probability matrix which determines their resolution priority.
The software life cycle is modeled and managed through DevOps tools that allow the monitoring and implementation of Continuous Integration.
All new Software Released always passes the Sign-off of 3 different Environmental Tests, before being released into production.
